Why Catholic?

Because I'm one and there are millions others, for starters. Big interest, especially in Chicago and suburbs. Plus I covered religion 1968-78 for Chicago Daily News, not long after ending 18 years in the Jesuits, to whom I owe much. The lady of our house and I, married since '69 with six kids now grown, go to church here in Oak Park, Illinois, which also figures in my coverage and commentary. As for later . . . more more more

Jesuit's strict naghhh I failed religion class in the Catholic H.S I attended one semester taught by a Jesuit.How does one fail at Religion... Sorry my Son you are to dumb for the Kingdom of heaven I still respect the knowledge given I passed for the year but had to really crack the ole Theology books ... Welcome aboard Padre		\|< << >> >\|
